SnapCue is a macOS application that uses AI to analyze screenshots of academic questions and provide suggested answers. The service is provided “as is” and answers are generated by AI, which means they may not always be accurate.
SnapCue provides AI-generated answers with confidence scores. These answers are suggestions and should not be treated as guaranteed correct. Always verify important answers independently. SnapCue is a study aid, not a substitute for learning.
You are responsible for how you use SnapCue. We provide a tool — how you use it in your academic environment is your decision and your responsibility. Be aware of your institution's academic integrity policies.
SnapCue is currently in beta. During this period, the service is free and features may change without notice. We may introduce paid plans in the future, at which point we will provide advance notice.
When paid plans are introduced, subscription details and refund policies will be published on our pricing page. You will be able to cancel any subscription at any time.
SnapCue and its design, code, and branding are owned by SnapCue. You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the app.
SnapCue is not liable for any academic consequences resulting from the use of AI-generated answers. Use at your own discretion.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of SnapCue after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
